I was very concerned that my Home, in a very desirable area of Laguna Niguel, had been on the market for nearly 6 months and not sold. I knew the market was active. My Wife & I decided to sell our Condo in Rancho Santa Margarita and buy a larger Home. I have known Lee for a long time, so we contacted him for advice and information. Like most, we needed to sell the Condo first, and use some of the proceeds for our new Home purchase. In the meantime, Lee started searching for our next Home, and with some hard to find items, such as RV access. In the 1st week Lee found a Home that met all our needs, and we were fortunate that he also put our Condo in Escrow, so we were comfortable to make an offer on the Home he found. Lee negotiated a great price on the Home we liked (We were nervous too, but I guess he truly knew the correct value.), and we went into Escrow, contingent on the closed sale of our Condo Lee was suspicious of the qualifications of the Buyer for our Condo, and protected our interest by allowing the Buyer's Agent a short period of time to show full Loan Approval from the Buyer's Bank. His suspicions were confirmed. The Buyer proved to be unable to purchase, and the Escrow was quickly canceled. Then Lee came through again. He found us another, Pre-Approved, Buyer in 2 Days.
